ISO INTERNAL TRAINING ORGANIZATION AT KIBOU
In operating and doing business in the field of Logistics, the unification of operating processes between departments to bring the best service to customers is a requirement that needs to be highly guaranteed at KIBOU. The ISO quality management system is an extremely efficient process to ensure the consistency of output products/services and improve the quality and competitiveness of the business.
Recognizing the importance of ISO in improving service quality, on three days including 10/06/2023,17/06/2023, and 01/07/2023, KIBOU organized the training ” Evaluate and certificate Quality management system ISO 9001:2015, Environmental management system ISO 14001:2015 ” taught by ISOCERT International Certification Inspection Joint Stock Company with the necessary knowledge and skills to apply practically to daily work staff working at the company.
The initial creation aims to provide Officers – Employees:
• Knowledge and skills to properly implement the ISO process of the department you are working for & capable of effective internal assessment according to standards.
• Master the skills of internal auditors and methods of conducting internal audits.
• Mastering knowledge of the new Environmental protection method
• Mastering knowledge of the new structure of the management system according to the new version of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015
And above all, after these ISO internal training sessions, all employees participating in the course will be grouped and practiced practically by direct assessment exercises of the process, the results of the work of each department in the company, thereby being the results to evaluate for the whole Training course
