Immediately after the talks ended, General Secretary and President To Lam and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping witnessed the signing of 14 documents between central and local ministries, branches and sectors.
14 documents were signed by ministries, branches, central and local governments of the two countries during the State visit to China by General Secretary and President To Lam from August 18 to 20, 2024.
THE TWO PARTIES ANNOUNCED TWO DOCUMENTS AT THE SIGNING CEREMONY
- Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Cooperation in the Field of Economy and Trade between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the People’s Government of Hainan Province, the People’s Republic of China.
- Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Cooperation in the Field of Economy and Trade between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the People’s Government of Shandong Province, the People’s Republic of China.
On August 19, 2024, at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing (China), immediately after the end of the talks, General Secretary and President To Lam and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping witnessed the signing ceremony of 14 documents signed by ministries, branches, central and local agencies of the two countries during this State visit.
